Toucans is fabulous. The drag show on Sunday night is top notch. My Paloma drink was tasty and strong. The server was a cute guy in tiny shorts that fit him oh so well. After the show a staff member and a drag queen came to greet us. This was a memorable night to be sure. I’ll definitely be back. They have a medium sized parking lot.

Great energy and performance. Very welcoming vibe. Lots of groups attending to celebrate birthdays and events. Waiter even split our bill up so we could pay with separate cards.

Bar tender and waiter were great. Drag show would have been fun except that we paid for vip seats to see the show and the performers were rarely on the stage. They spend the entire time weaving thru the crowd gathering dollars and lip syncing. Literally saw each of them for about 30 seconds. Would have loved to see them do a performance from the stage.

Toucan's has long been a landmark gay destination in Palm Springs and now it's under new ownership and management and it's BACK baby! The weekly calendar is still being nailed down, but forget Tripadvisor's commentary. Toucan's is now, once again, the quintessential gay experience in Palm Springs all bundled up in a unique Tiki-themed fun stop with amazing Signature Cocktails accompanying everything from quiet piano-bar sounds to thumping dance videos and tunes, drag shows, and male dancers performing weekly. The staff is professional, quick, and polite and the new ownership seems dedicated to restoring this great space to its namesake destination status on the North side of town after a too-long dry spell. With all this in one stop, it's easily a 6-star experience.

Do not waste your time and definitely do not buy VIP tickets. There is literally no stage performance. All they do is walk around lip syncing while taking money from people. Barely any crowd work. Worst drag show I've ever been to. We went for a bachelorette party and made the most of it but were really disappointed. Also, if you go to the early show, be prepared to get kicked out as soon as they are done (doing nothing) so they can prep for the next show to do-nothing again!

I was excited to go to Toucan's for my birthday with 7 friends on a Friday night, but it seems things have changed and gone downhill since I was there about a year ago. I felt like it was something other than a drag show but more about queens walking around and taking money. I paid $25 each for VIP, which wasn't worth it with only 2 songs each. However, the service and Joseph were fantastic! Maybe it was just an off night for the host and the girls.

We had a fantastic time at the Sunday night show (8pm; there is also a 10pm performance). I would highly recommend you make Toucans part of your Palm Springs visit. The queens were all amazing. The drinks were great and fairly priced.

The queens look great but just walk around and take money. Non-performance. No comedy. Only 40 minutes long and then tell you to get out because they have another show. Would not recommend.
